The Twisted Sanctum
The fifth and final area of the main storyline is called the Twisted Sanctum. It is the domain of the main villain of Scarlet Maiden. Fight your way through new enemies and obstacles and face the final boss who is waiting for you at the end! The ending sequence has also been added to the game, so after you defeat the final boss, you’ll get to see what awaits Scarlet after the world is saved.

Character Updates
We’ve added several new lewd characters for you to meet in the Twisted Sanctum! There’s also a new side quest available from Misty, and the maximum level of the NPCs at Sinner’s Rest Abbey have been increased, so they can be levelled up to provide you with even better gear! We’ve also added new story texts to the dungeon, which conclude the stories of the First Maiden and the Lewd Explorer.

New items, skills, and achievements
With the new area comes new weapons, rings, amulets, and a new spell! We’ve also added new skills to the skill tree, so you can level up Scarlet even further. There are also some new achievements to unlock, and plenty of new stuff for the gallery!

Explore the randomly generated dungeons of the Underworld.
Each time you enter you will find new paths, fight new monsters, and discover new items. Every adventure will be different!

Enjoy challenging roguelite gameplay!
Sure, you may die a few times, but each time you re-enter the dungeon you will be more powerful than the last time.

Defeat enemies and complete quests to gain Sin.
As a Maiden of the Sacred Flame, you have the ability to gather Sin and convert it to power through repentance.
Mistress Julia will “give you a hand” with the repentance part.

Use Sin to unlock new abilities for Scarlet! Create a build that suits your play style.
Maybe you want to focus on melee combat. Or perhaps powerful spells suit you better. How ever you build your character, it is up to you.

Increase the level of your companions at Sinner’s Rest Abbey.
They will be able to provide you with more powerful weapons, spells and amulets for your adventure.

Complete Misty’s quests. Misty is a fellow resident of Sinner’s Rest Abbey.
Her playthings have been stolen and she hopes you will be able to find them.
Delivering her lost items will reward you with lewd scenes in Misty’s Sex Dungeon.

Engage in sinful acts in the Underworld.
Sometimes you will be able to pump out extra Sin from defeated monsters with your magic strap-on.
